| Many organisations have a policy of holding a spare projector lamp, which is fully understandable given the critical nature of many projector applications. The downside of this policy has been that when the projector is upgraded to a new and better model the spare lamp is obsolete and has to be thrown away.
This is no longer the case! Reflex is the first major UK AV supplier to offer a trade in of 30% of the cost on all unused lamps returned at the time of purchasing a new lamp – regardless of whether the lamp or projector were purchased from Reflex.
The only condition is that the lamps must be unused and still in their original packaging,
How does it work?
When you are ready to purchase a new lamp and trade in an existing one
- Call our customer service team (Lisa and Sam) on 01189 314611.
- They will confirm the price of your new lamp and the trade-in value of your existing lamp. (you can also do this beforehand using our search facility if you wish)
- They will process your order either by credit card or purchase order if you have an account with Reflex.
- They will issue you with a returns number and address label.
- We will despatch your new lamp and ask you to return your trade-in.
- Once the trade-in is received and we’ve confirmed the lamp is unused we will credit the agreed amount to your credit card or issue a credit note if you have an account.
