Live on-line stock availability

• Our website has a live link to stock availability which means that you will be able to see instantly if the lamp you require is in stock. Should the item you require be out of stock then the website will show the estimated lead-time.  
  

  We are confident we have access to the largest and most varied lamp stock in the UK..

Same day shipping

• If the lamp you require is in stock and we receive your order prior to 2PM UK time your lamp will be despatched the same day ensuring next working day delivery. 
  

  If your order is received after 2PM it will be despatched the following working day.

We supply what you order

• Whilst we supply original lamps, a lower cost alternative and refurbished lamps we do not take your order for a product from one category and supply a lamp from a different category.
• Reflex have recently signed up to the Genuine Lamps Alliance pledging our commitment to ethical practice. More details are available on www.genuinelamps.org

We are environmentally friendly

• Every time we supply you with a lamp we will send out a label to return the original lamp to recycling house www.plrd.org and pay the costs of recycling.
  
  
• If you own an existing unused lamp in its original packaging then we will allow you to trade it in against the purchase of a new lamp from Reflex.
  
  
• If you have a requirement for quantities of 25 or more lamps of the same model we can provide a quote to refurbish your existing lamps providing the most effective form of recycling and producing significant savings too.

No quibble warranty and support

• If your lamp goes faulty during the warranty period we will guarantee you receive a replacement or full refund within 7 days.
  
  
• We have a technical helpdesk staffed by CTS accredited AV experts. All customers of Reflex Lamps can use this facility free of charge from 8.30 - 5.30 Monday-Friday.
